During my service for the Music Theatre Dance Association I have served in many roles. During my time with MTDA, the organization decided to explore creating stand-alone, self produced, public events for it’s community of scholars, teachers, and artists. Over the course of five years, I helped to develop the structure of our public events and I created systems to ensure that the work was sustainable. I worked with the rest of the MTDA leadership to design policies that promised that the programs would be free and accessible to all. I wrote the description for each event, designed the images, curated the content, and served as project manager/ coordinator for all of MTDA’s public programs and events.
